Renovated condo living room shiplap wall gas fireplace

CASITA CONDO

Built in the 1990s, this open-concept condo had a great structure with vaulted ceilings and bright windows. However, no updates had been done to this residence since it was constructed and the finishings showed its age, including linoleum floors and carpets, a traditional boxed sunshine ceiling in the kitchen, golden oak cabinetry and traditional plumbing and light fixtures.

New life was given to this condo with a complete modern update in all spaces, which transformed this condo into a space that really felt like home to the owner. Her charming personality shined through all of the unique design choices. Along with new paint and trim/woodwork throughout, new custom cabinetry, shelves and countertops were added to the kitchen and a beautiful shiplap framed the fireplace. The bathrooms were refreshed with new fixtures and tile, making them bright and new.

We love to make old spaces feel new and personalized for our clients. Interested in a home refresh? Contact us to set up an appointment.
